This serves as a Legal Notice for Seagold Liquid Gamat and it’s associated products.

iExploreAsia Media and iExploreAsia Networks Pte Ltd Singapore are the network service providers for Seagold Marketing and Trading , Malaysia Business Registration no 0016318877-V. Seagold Liquid is a trademark and service mark of Seagold Marketing & Trading, whereas the product is manufactured by Kin Herbs Pharma Sdn Bhd and licensed to Kin Bio Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of the health product approval. Seagold Liquid is authorised for sale and marketing in Malaysia under the Pharmaceutical & Poisons Board License authorised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia under approval code MAL07050073TC.

iExploreAsia Media provides the infrastructure for the e-Shoppe and collects payment on behalf of Seagold Marketing & Trading. We collect and charges VAT of 17.5% where applicable (in EU and US) under Registration No GB823680232. Where as PAYPAL or the Payment Gateway Provider (Moneybookers or Google Checkout) charges a fee of about USD2.00+5% of the gross amount to accept payments through the web using their platform. iExploreAsia Networks Pte Ltd here in remit the proceeds back to Seagold Marketing & Trading in the local currency.

We do not impose any charges to the customer. We may collect a fee for CASH ON DELIVERY for credit based customers or resellers.

We guarantee that the product are safe and should it arrive damaged, please do not accept it and ask the courier to return the product to us. Should it be found damaged after acceptance, please contact us immediately. Do however seek Medical Advise prior to consumption.

Nut Allergy Sufferers are to be made aware that the product may contain nuts as we process nuts within the vicinity of the compound. We also do not have any control over what the creature *(Sea cucumber) may have consumed in it’s lifetime, but we do commit to do periodic checks to ensure it is well treated.

The product is certified to be SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS. However, due to the nature of the product, Practicing Buddhists are to be made aware that Sea Cucumber is also treated or classed as a living creature. Though we do not kill it, some may die due to the extraction process.

We however, provide a 14 day no frills guarantee. Return the product Postage Paid to us and we will refund the whole amount.
