It’s a good way to do stuff actually *(Messy and Technical…requires SQL ACCESS) because that limits to your number of external links leaking out…so the less it leaks..the more efficient your PageRank is….

Also, evaluate your META Keywords relevancy every few months and see if you can find something relevant towards the theme of your content.
