I was contemplating of moving the current ATM provider in the UK (which we are having headaches with) for our Prepaid Mastercard program in the UK for a one based in the US for the sake of people who needs to cash out funds from PAYPAL.

As such, before I embark on the swap, I just need a show of hands, to see how popular will it be and what level will you willing to pay for it.It is a real ABA Account and initially will be a ATM Card based and in September will be rebranded as a full Fledged Mastercard program.

The Initial cost will be $40, being $30 card issue fee +$10 deposit so it will come as ACTIVATED.
