My Wife keep on nagging on me and my mess, heck even my Mom & Dad say that..since I turned their living room into my MatriX Reloaded bomb site. With wires running about, cables all over the place and such arrogance and ignorance that I’ll only do something about it when I got kicked in the butt..like having static current passed thru me with my poor ‘fuck care what’ attitude.

This time though, I have to do a bit better cos Athira will love to play with me in the bombsite.She will try yank off my mouse *(did that already earlier on) from the PC and start poking her pingers into those crevices and gaps..and she will get herself hurt. Gotta be a more responsible dad…cos I wanna teach Tia how to use the computer to good use, not playing games or what. As it is ..she already love to educate herself on the daily skills.

So what I did was I took everything out.. disconnected it…and pulled everything into a small corner in the back room, where the wires and the electrics can be out of her nosy way…May be a risk in overloading the power supply though,but I reckon it’s A-OK.

Stacked the DELL DIMENSION and IBM NETVISTA PC on top of each other (the IBM on top so I can access the bays easily) and I can sit on it..where as I double stack two PC Boxes together with some styrofoam in them so I can place the DELL OPTIPLEX PC on top of it and with the monitor.,..so it works like a desk, but this all made of cardboard, and easy to assemble and go! No IKEA DIY or STAPLES Flatpack for me.

Frankly,Got this idea when I was working recently in WINCANTON MANIPULATIONS back in Thurruck, Essex where they repack stuff for Proctor&Gamble (Pringles?) These guys are resourceful like those of the inmates.

So what I also did was swapped the CDROM drive with the NEC DVDROM drive I bought from Pritesh for £2 the other day…and after abit of fiddling, it works. I really dread COMPAQ as most of their shit is proprietory…still till now even after HP took them off.Never trusted Compaq anyway! I’m still stuck with 3 PC with a single monitor, so either I need a KVM or a switch or another Monitor.

Did I mention that these IT Ads for LINUX, Servers and other stuff like that cost a bomb… a Click could earn as much as $14! That will be in another section/Commentary
Note: I can afford to spend £50 on these PCs cheap but I don’t wanna spend £25 on a flatpack desk….. how cruel is that?
