Ski!

Tuesday 23 January 2007 @ 4:32 am

I really can’t. I don’t think the wife would want to ski, either. Now tia, that is another different story altogether. She would want to jump into snow, and learn how to ski. She would not mind if she fall down, since she does that all the times now anyway *lol*. And with that in mind, I checked out this Chalets St Anton, and I was bowled over. The view, the place. Almost everything was pristine. Hmmmm…. don’t tell me. Another place for me to visit this year? I wish.

Declaration of Sources of Income.

Tuesday 23 January 2007 @ 4:12 am

OK, Seems some people are Never be happy to what I get and where I get them.
I get my sources of information from PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS, such as the Straits Times Singapore (AsiaOne), Published Publications and Periodicals, Newsletters and other media.
Some I paid for them, some I get them for free. Under the AFP / CNA TOS, I can quote them directly with a blockquote and source of my feed!

So, I get the whole RSS Story Fed thru my blogs and info sites, like what I did with my previous Drupal systems *(Still doing it with RaTree’s )

I am also paid, directly from EBAY. Yes. Ebay pays my bills. Along with other programs from StudySupport, Buy.At, Tradedoubler, WebGains, Commission Junction, Amazon , PaidOnResults , and loads more! See I am 101% Supported by these people. Mentions of any products are indirectly fed from their link keywords, ie if I talk about EBAY, my autobanners will show stuff that are sold on either US or UK Ebay. Or Whichever locale of EBay you are using. I get 10% of the final value fee charged to the seller.A minature token. But pays the domain name etc.

See, these sites are my own personal gains, and expressions. And no more than 40% of my content is PAID POST REVIEW, ie someone pay me to review their site, or service. Some will be ever mentioned, like Bill Quimby from Toll Free Numbers, who provided us with the Toll Free number, and the way to go forward, in moving the service to another carrier. A really great buddy. Heck, I don’t even want to join his affiliate program, cos it’s not right for me, cos mainly, he’s been a great help, and he needs the push. He scratches mine and I scratched his back.

I do eCommerce Turn key provision in the European Union, Registered under the laws of England as iExploreAsia , UK Vat Registration GB823680232. We come under the local legislation of Small-Medium Enterprises, which trade in the fields of Medical and Technology. I also support those who want to get into business to and from the far east, namely Singapore and Malaysia, with setup and whatever is needed, from setting the business up, to bank accounts, domain names, VAT licensing and local law compliance. All for a fee of course. I need to earn a living too.

I previously worked as a Business Partner / Director for Gizmonet-Intraweb.nu Ltd, which wound up due to some disagreements in the partnerships. Thus why I can advise people on Business and IT, and at times, Medical agenda, but I tend not to, cos I am no longer licensed to practice that.

Some businesses are small fry, and for some, it may be costing alot to setup all these. Likewise, I provide services on a 365day license/credit , where you can run and operate, as you wish, but the franchise idea is still mine. After the year is up, either you pay for the whole fee, about $3000 for everything, or I get my fair share of the profit. If not, I take over, and maybe sell the business off to someone else. I know how hard it is to raise those kind of funds. Not many can do that.So one can defer, we defer.

Apart from that, I get a small pension. Don’t need to tell you that. Not even enuff to pay for the gas bills!

Other than that. I’m CLEAN.

Holiday away…..

Tuesday 23 January 2007 @ 3:42 am

In Bulgaria. I was channel surfing on the telly the other day, and I stumbled upon Real Estate series about Bulgaria Property. Some would ask why buy in Bulgaria. Why not? Bulgaria is fast becoming a holiday haven, and property market are booming. Prices of real estate had gone up, and it would not be going down soon. The best time to buy is now, the realtors had been saying. And I believe him.

What would anyone do with a property, if one does not live there? Well rent it! Especially during holiday (winter) seasons. Tourists come in throngs, especially from the UK due to the currency exchange. So maybe I should give this much though, aye?

Motorola Z3

Friday 19 January 2007 @ 7:59 pm

I was quite surprised that Motorola followed suit of that from Nokia,re: the Nokia 6280, where they are SLIDE Phones. They launched the Motorola Z3 which basicly looks like the Ultra Thin Razor , but with the slide out feature.

Motorola Z3

Compared to the Motorola KRZR K1 , it is almost similar to their precessor the Razor, Vx (loved the pink one), I would really buy them if they have 3G in it.

I just feel, both are the same, except the form factor, one is a slide, and the other, a clamshell.

But looks great!

Post Edit:
While both are excellent, I will sure want a slide phone, cos I had enough of Motorola and their clamshell. They invented the clamshell, so I should know, with the MicroTAC as the first generation of cell phones ever came out, on PCS, PCN, GSM, PHS and Analog.

In view of the specs, the 3GP protocol is viewable by QuickTime and RealMedia. The clarity is superb and though they use MicroSD, which is cheap *(I just got a 1GB last nite for RM80!) and since SD card reader is integrated into alot of systems, its a plus point!

The color itself is a real plus point for the phones, but only , and only if, the put in the 3G video capacity. But then, I read somewhere you can do Video Streaming thru the GPRS or whichever.

Anyway, If I get it…I sure love it.

Where can I find….Canon EOS 400D

Thursday 18 January 2007 @ 3:59 pm

So Ok… had to do some shopping and honestly, the retailers in Penang Island are kinda of rip offs.
Imagine paying RM3200 for the basic Canon EOS 400D and that is just without any other stuff, means:
Basic Digital SLR Camera
18-55mm Lens
Li-ion Battery & Charger
AV USB Cable

Meaning:
NO SPARE LENS
NO MEMORY CARD AT ALL!!!
NO BAG to put it in…
NO TRIPOD.

Add 1GB lousy Kingston (slow) CF Memory Card: RM250 or RM380 for 2GB
Add Tripod : RM150
Add a bag : RM100
Add Extra Long Range Lens : RM400

Fucking hell! Damn bloody rip off, and with lousy Canon after sales, I’m gonna shop about in Mustafa’s

May I ask for a neW Camera Please?

Saturday 6 January 2007 @ 5:21 pm

Well, Tia baby wants a new camera, cos she’s been clicking and banging my keyboard and killing my poor optical mouse. Heee Heee heee!…

So Marlinda Radzi -Dot- Com needs a new camera too..cos the FujiFinePIX S3500 is too bulky… unlike those which are mentioned in Digital Photo Printing which is …kinda small….just like what my old FujiFinePIX F410, which we took to take Tia’s Pics and Birth movie , and well, I was told the camera TED at Pay Per Post has instore is very nice….and small.
So the bulky one …well… Tia will run off with it..can??

Enuff with me babbling …here is the piece :
