I got an email this morning from Loud Launch which says they had some technical and manual issues validating opportunity payments, ie my Blog Payment for the month of November to the Christmas rush, which they were supposed to pay before the new year. So, OK, I got compensated for it, about $172 for the delay in payments.

Then then anti-climax of the sexual sort, the bummer. It’s like you vigorously boning it with the peak in sight and then you remembered that you forgot the rubber sort. The Quantity issue. Of the marketplace, there will be at least 10% of the bloggers who will be kicked out. Or Banned, or given the time out because they took too many opportunities in one day. Google Page Nuke is not helping either with payouts either. Most of everyone doing Paid Posts have had their Page Rank down to NOTHING. I had all except one which stands at a SINGLE VALUE OF ONE. Which don’t deserve it at all because I write crap on it. So how many are we allowed to in a day per blog?

It’s like you trying to give your partner multiple orgasms but not knowing the limit before she gets sore or before you run out of juice and from being a pleasure turning it into an ordeal. With both walking like a huge ball in between the legs for the next few days. Get the drift?

It’s also just like when you trying to figure out how to ‘cheat’ the system by maneuvering your ads into better paying ones like Glitterati and at the same time giving great value for money by placing Adbrite, Text Link Ads and Google Adsense to it. And knowing that the advertisers now will kill any ad spots if they smell any competitor like a paid post or something hurts bad too.

Well blow me down. I was so happy today being Hari Raya Haji (I follow what MEKAH for Hajj) and well, I had a nasty email from YAT about me having both Nuffnang ads.

Upon checking your blogs and account, we have found out that you are serving Nuffnang Ads from both Malaysia and Singapore, meaning you have accounts in both countries. AT LEAST 5 out of 8 blogs registered under your account have ads from both countries. Namely:

I’m sorry but we have to tell you that our system do not allow Nuffnang Ads from both countries on the same blog. If you want to keep any of the URLs in Malaysia account please delete the URLs in the Singapore account and vice versa.

Shiver me timbers, just as I was getting my BREAK FAST and it’s 10am in the morning. I don’t recall that you CANNOT do so, only to state on the TERMS AND CONDITIONS that you CANNOT show the same ad of the Advertiser in the same page from another network. That is it. Discriminatory? I don’t know. I will not go down the Hindraf way, and well, if you had objections, WHY DID YOU NOT STOP ME 6 MONTHS AGO??!! Honestly, I am feeling lucky now, that my lawyers said that they are DISCRIMINATING AND THREATENING.They forget that their Singapore Office is the place for us to sue them,as most of the sugar is there, and it’s SO EASY to knock SG companies down. Take Criminal Corporate Law pathway, because the CID and CCD will flock that company like a pack of Hyenas for this act of misconduct.

Oh just as well,it’s been fun. It’s been great.I have not received my cheques yet and I know I will never be. So, Goodbye Singapore Nuffnangers, I have to leave. As proud I am as a Singaporean, I will let the current spur run thru, and I think I should remove all of the Nuffnang Ads, Malaysia or Singapore as I know I will NOT GET PAID. At least Google Adsense and Adbrite pays me more often and and with greater payout. Just as I thought I could be their featured MALAY BLOGGER instead of the full runs of Chinese Bloggers like 5xMom and others,with a great sense of earnings.Heck, I don’t receive RM950 per check or so in a month from Nuffnang, but I sure draw more than that.I still have my affiliate programs and other ad units, which makes me think, that I should concentrate on my Kedai-dot-TV which pays for your participation and views and visits and reviews. Best of all, it will be in Pounds Sterling instead of US$. More MOOLAH, but I will not enter the Nuffnang Line of Business…too much dirty.

And so,I have to wave goodbye to my fellow comrades in Singapore and Nuffnang. I already took out Advertlets for the problems with my domain, and so…this means more work on my side to decode all what amendments I have done for them.

So, Thanks for nothing. Their boss said nothing but the tycos wanted to show me who is their gangster, the Real Ah-Long Bukit Beruntung….And the painful lesson to learn that you cannot be a Singaporean and living in Malaysia to earn a decent living which is not enough to pay for my Penang Bridge Toll. Heck even a decent cuppa teh tarik and Roti Prata is not enough with them.

First of all, this is kinda bit lame, but I am extending my deepest condolences to the families of the 20 people who lost their family or friend in the Bukit Gantang Super Coach accident a few days ago. It’s really a sad day for the bus companies , especially with the Merdeka Celebrations just round the corner, and that the bus went off the ravine at the most ’safe’ areas on the North South Expressway, and that they were just less than an hour away from their destination.

Which comes to reiterate my point during my last scooter ride down to Singapore, which I was riding quite fast (90 to 100km/h) the whole way, and that ALL THE EXPRESS BUSES OVERTOOK ME like a real ghost rider. Even the worst offenders were like the ever so fast Durian Tunggal , “Must Be early” Konsortium Bus Express (KBES) red devil, and even the local Kulim First Travel was going super fast, approximating to be 140km/h onwards. Which is why I WOULD RATHER RIDE MY BIKE AND RISK IT THAN TO TAKE A BUS!!

Coming from the Prime Minister, Dato Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi talking about bus drivers being as fit as a pilot, I must say, this is really a piss. He knows it all. Bus drivers are known to consume DRUGS. Without them, they cannot stay awake. 90KM/h is too slow, yes, but no one enforce the law. There was a hype many years ago about GPS Tachograph, and people fiddle with it. Even the Goods Vehicle Inspection is tainted with corruption at Puspakom, with the help of supporting documents of Borang Biru 4 keping (4pcs of the blue form aka 4 x $50) or at the least purple forms ($100). Even JPJ knows about it, but don’t bat an eyelid. And worst still, enforcement are mainly during office hours.

So, come to my point of issue: Let’s follow the EU or at least UK system. Which is fair and square. I know it cuz I was a Goods Driver too. Worst off stricter rules for Bus and Coaches.

1) No fiddle GPS Tachograph.A tachograph records the speed,time,distance.Just like a black box.
2) A separate agency to enforce this ruling , like VOSA in the UK, which is both a cop and the vehicle inspectorate.
3) Automatic speed control device with link up to the Tacho, and when they refuel, it’s been uploaded to the central agency.

So, in other words, if at any moment, the vehicle is caught with something dodgy, the inspection center will get it too. And that the system allows only to the dot ruling for driving hours, which is 4.5 hours of drive time, and then a 45mins break,with the engine off, and another 4.5 hours, and extendable to another hour twice a week after another 45mins break, in which, the vehicle must rest for at least 8 hours. Even with TWO DRIVERS, we can only extend for another 4. hours, totalling to 13 drive hours, in which both drivers and vehicle is blacked out from operation for 11hours!

Look,even at 90km/h, it’s enough to drive 400km at a stretch. With breaks, it’s even enough to drive from Singapore to Hadyai, Thailand. I rode my bike at 90km/h…and I know. Lorries with trailers and over-sized loads must be capped to 70km/h instead as they cannot brake in time as efficient as the bus. If the bus accident is bad, what of the lorries who crashed into the cars and exterminate the entire clan?? Happened a few weeks back too in Alor Star, Kedah. WHOLE FAMILY DEAD!!!

Enforcement must be made without borders or jurisdictions or even time. The new VOSA must be a roaming team, arresting drivers at any point, day , night or early morning. Especially the Early Morning or Graveyard hours.

They must really enforce these strict laws for ALL BUS, be it BUS EXPRESS, BUS KILANG , BUS SEKOLAH and Scheduled Buses, as they too drive like crazy. Make all bus be no older than 3 years old for the express due to their long trips, 5 for Bus Kilang (worker bus) and 7 for Bus Sekolah as the chassis or coachwork will be so deteriorated after then. They must destroy these buses after that.

Looking at which, a bus express can clock 800km a day,7days a week, which is like 292,000km a year at legal speed limits, but are known to clock over 350,000 to 400,000km even for bus companies like Transnational or Konsortium. Only the government owned MARA Liner is at least following the law a bit. And, if they want to say their bus is EXPRESS HANTU, then their company must also have the same name, not under alot of aliases.

So, to enforce this situation, I am suggesting MONTHLY CHECKS. FULL COMPANY REPAIR LOGS and use of GPS tagged Tachograph. So there is no more fiddles. How many lives must be lost before they take more action. And stop the finger pointing. Any death means, the JPJ, the Police, the Puspakom, the company and the DRIVING SCHOOL which issues the licensing are all responsible!!

I dread the trend after the Merdeka Celebrations. The Raya rush.Will more be sacrificed?
One suggestion is to have a PASSENGER MANIFEST, like a plane, passenger name and ID No will just be fine, so should like this happen, they know who are on the bus, not to have to figure out so and so are unidentified bodies. Sad huh??

Me..I’m prepping for my trip to Europe, and yeah, it’s costing me already $21,000!

I know I don’t get that much traffic and I get personal at times. But then, THIS IS MY PERSONAL WEB LOG, and I don’t give a piss about what others think. It’s My Diary, what I think , do or even plan. Just like a filofax but personal and public. It’s just like anyone stopping by a house on the roadside, it’s THAT PERSONS’ HOME. You don’t go about telling him how to live his life, or what color to paint, and where he can park his car. It’s his personal space.

So to think I have to sell my own creature comfort just to accomodate some people, and that I have some ads I want to promote they don’t like, I say to em, F**K IT! Darn lucky I was not like some Ah-Lian middle aged mom who wanna get her time famous and cuss and swear in any language she likes. I don’t say P*K*-M** or cuss your mom. It’s just not right. There is a level of decency here , how crude I am or rude I was in the Army.

Yes, I was looking thru my written log of my life in the Army. We swear is a Standard Operating Procedure.A way of life when we don our uniform, but not when we took it off and wear a PT-KIT or Half-U. We are human then, Men with Brains. A creed over others. Civilian Discipline kicks in, and even with our Lt-Col of a useless CO, we become friends. Human nature. Yes our boss yet a friend when not in Green. Otherwise, he is our Enermy.

So coming back to the point of allowing advertiser to twist my tongue and allow myself to be bent that way, I saw HELL NO. You ain’t paying me enough to contravene my basic Human Rights and I am darn contemplating on taking a class Criminal Action for being Biased and Discriminant. Take against the company that pays your paycheck and you as a person. It’s a human thing. Irregardless of how I write down here, my ads has nothing to do with you. MY PERSONAL SPACE. You are just paying me for 200 words TOPS! That’s a 300px by 15 collumn advertising.

You don’t go to a paper placing a classified ad and tell them after it is published that you don’t want to be listed next to the obituaries. You tell them BEFORE placing it. Same as how I place my ads. I place my Google and Adbrite Contextual ads on the side of my post so it comes as a premium, and when you give me the full attention to reply to my ramblings, you see the more targetted ever colorful, dermographically specified advert relating to that kind of service, which pays me more. It’s a relevancy thingy.

Just like if any O’ Advertiser wanna tell Wal-Mart that they don’t want their Snickers to be placed next to the Marlboro Ads near the Tills. That is a PREMIUM SPACE for product awareness, and just like any o shopper, they will see that product for a good 30-60 secs before paying for their shopping, and most likely to buy it!

Same concept applies in any Textual Advertising. The prime spot is my post itself. A good mention plus any other images. But if you think the advertiser beside you (google) is a competitor, I can just shut it off, if you SPECIFY BEFORE HAND! Not by any other cranny nookie!~

I spend most of my time tweaking the PHP codes and PHP takes alot of effort. I want the best for any advertiser so their SEO ranks go up and along with their backlink, I am taking a cruise.

So, it’s a matter of trying to kill that walking salesman BEFORE ASKING HIM TO PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCT. How silly is that? I had over 300 odd posts within the last 90 days and NO ONE COMPLAINED. I even got praises and recommendations by them as a TESTIMONIAL to their great job (and I get a good link back too thus the PR 7 on a site) so events says otherwise.

Yeah, so I am a small fry, and I am full of ideas. To hell what you think.I thought so.

For the uninitiated, PostieCon 07 is a blog conference for all fellow bloggers around the world. Sunshine state would host this event, and the theme this year is “You’re A Rock Star”. I would not mind attending that conference for networking, to be honest, but imagine what I could learn from fellow A Lister blogger, such as the keynote speaker himself, Robert Scoble? Well. If I can’t make it, I hope you would be good enough to share with me your experience there, ya?

On the personal side of things, I would be better off with Tia and spending time in Disney Let mommY Tia attend it heh?

GoogleMaps is going to your mobile phone near you.

I have no idea how this is going to happen, I suppose it’s something to do with Windows Mobile and the 3G capabilities.

LONDON - Vodafone Group, the world’s largest mobile phone network operator, said it agreed with Google to develop maps for mobile telephones.

The company said it will, in conjunction with Google Maps, provide easy-to-use maps and local listings, as well as local search and navigation capabilities.

‘Vodafone sees Google Maps as a new milestone in the relationship that both companies are developing. It is a prime example of how Vodafone, through its location service and distribution scale, can complement Google’s products and unlock mass-market access to exciting services,’ said Mr Frank Rovekamp, global chief marketing officer of Vodafone.

I am about to embark on my biggest project ever.

What to expect? Alot of downtime, for sure,cos mainly, I’m the only person doing all these stuff.Basicly, alot of factors made me do this.

1) Powweb Servers rental are due. They are not giving us the great deal as before. $7.77 was the deal, with buy one year, get 6mths free… and I took the 2yr get 2yr free. That is still active on the Perkahwinan.Org server. I’m going to remove all that, and port it to another single entity. I have 3 servers there, and there are are two which is under utilised and nearly to it’s end of the prepaid term. So , in order to renew, it’s $200 each, and it’s not worth it. I better put it to good use and renew the domains instead.

Their servers are getting VERY SLUGGISH nowadays, so I think it’s time to port out!Too much problems.

2)Hostgator Server 51 *(NS101) is on the Pre-Upgraded set. So, I am stuck with 5GB Space…and 75GB Bandwidth, whereas the newbies get 100GB space and 1,000GB *(that’s One Terrabyte!) Bandwidth. I have noticed that this server is getting sluggish and since the time we got banned due to a script error. So I did not want that to happen, and killed ALL of my sites, thus I took on more, with one I got for 1c on the first month. It’s silly, and I can say, it’s a real hassle!

But it works like a wonder! At least I can get things done properly, with PPP giving me a hit on the head for some work!

3)My Photo Galleries software are out of date, and so I took a new licensing for TWO new sites and a Photo based Advertising Gallery. That will be on my Free Property Listings - UK Edition. It’s a EBAY Style listing, and Foruming all in one. I will be working on it abit more, cos the previous marketplace I installed, well…sucked! Open Realty also has ALOT of limitations. I don’t want a vB based Job Marketplace…like Powweb did…..nor I want something on Ruby-on-Rails which I don’t even know head from tail! I will work on this once I learn new tricks and when my Linux machines come back to me. At least I can crash and trash it for all I care.

4)For the time being, it’s a one man show, less Mommy Tia & Co, in the world of Technology.My old operations have cease due to alot of problems I don’t even want to get into details.It sucks, and I hate to part with my friends who are my co-workers. So, if you want to work on this project with me, fine, as it’s quite promising, especially on the advertising aspect of things.

There will be more…but do understand if any of the network sites have an issue, it’s probably me doing something in the back…again!
