Valentine’s Day is coming soon. I think I might skip it. Why, I heard you ask? I have already given my darling wife two quite expensive gifts to me ok. gifts. The Canon EOS 400D and I just got her the Acer notebook yesterday. And it is still January! But yeah OK I know, I should try to get her something for Valentine’s day. I am racking my brain, trying to figure out what should I give her as Valentine’s Day Gifts. Maybe I should give her this :

Well, kinda, when you think along the lines and how did I manage to destroy my Super King Divan Set (just the Divan) which we bought in 2003 from the Co-Op in High Street Gillingham, Kent.

Well, the mattress is still A-OK, *(10 years warranty on that) ,but with a Super King bed, I need new Divan, thus I hit upon Best Choise Furniture offering cheap divan bed.

So, all I want is a new Divan with the drawers OK.

Well,there is a huge range of Divan I want, and I thik, I have to give the Divan a miss instead and opt for the Brass ones, cos, it’s about £300 quid , which is as much as what we paid for the whole set.
Hmmn, can U do a flat pack, so I can ship to Malaysia?? heh heh heh.

Maybe with the Four Poster Bed, but they don’t do in Super King. and Super King is 6″6′ x 7″…which is HUGE!

Hmmmn…. Let me think…
I sure need a new one….

And if you are thinking dirty, yeah…kinda…cos of that, we have Tia…and Now…tia Loves to jump up and down the bed.

Well now, don’t get your mind all wet up, cos we are here to talk about beds, and I’m not talking about Beds Direct or Heli-bed, the Same Day Delivery guys just off the back door at my home in Chatham,Kent. Their beds are VERY STUDY, unlike those cheapskate ones at Bensons for Beds (Yes I worked as a Delivery HGV Driver there for Brook Street). These ones are really study cos I know it perfectly. Imagine having to put a load of 200KG on the Single Bed …plus we 4 blokes jumping up and down? Sure Praaak! Right?? Nay..it still stands firm.

Anyway, give em a calling, cos it’s covered by a 30 day money back warranty!

So the Dell Laptop is a replacement for Mommy Tia and her kitchen Project, but I do want…is a Samsung 50″ TV

I want it with complete with a 5.1 Home theater unit.
So OK, if I get that, my wife’s gonna kill me first. But come on, a $2099 price tag on that one? I’ve not just have to explain that to the wife, but to my boss. Cos I’ve been asking for a new monitor,and someone the other day gave me that FANTASTIC idea, using a 50″ monitor and then…play some C&C *(command and conquer) games on it….oooh the sound will make me deaf!

So I’m going overboard with this. The Sharp 52″ also looks better, with the $3299 price tag. that’s 4 times I paid for my Canon EOS 400D.
Gosh! It’s sure a bummer! My credit card will hit the roof if I swiped it!

Well, let’s be back to basics, cos I think a 32″ LCD HDTV by Samsung will do me just fine. Looks good enuff@!

Cos now, I am stuck with this ALBA 15″ LCD TV, with loads of dead pixels *(and where is that pixel fixer software supposed to arrive?)….and despite that, I am very very happy with a Toshiba 20″ LCD HDTV with DVD player.

While Given the fact that the 5 star hotels have a picture like those in Mumbai *(BOMBAY!)…. I just wish they could have a sub site, a stub maybe, describing the services, map etc. Or you expect me to flag an auto rickshaw and say, Baiya, Park Royal Palms Hotel , Super Fast…tilting my head just like a local issit?

Other than that, they have thought what the user needs to ask, and I must give them an A for an effort,and quick load cos it’s in the US, Utah.

I really can’t. I don’t think the wife would want to ski, either. Now tia, that is another different story altogether. She would want to jump into snow, and learn how to ski. She would not mind if she fall down, since she does that all the times now anyway *lol*. And with that in mind, I checked out this Chalets St Anton, and I was bowled over. The view, the place. Almost everything was pristine. Hmmmm…. don’t tell me. Another place for me to visit this year? I wish.

In Bulgaria. I was channel surfing on the telly the other day, and I stumbled upon Real Estate series about Bulgaria Property. Some would ask why buy in Bulgaria. Why not? Bulgaria is fast becoming a holiday haven, and property market are booming. Prices of real estate had gone up, and it would not be going down soon. The best time to buy is now, the realtors had been saying. And I believe him.

What would anyone do with a property, if one does not live there? Well rent it! Especially during holiday (winter) seasons. Tourists come in throngs, especially from the UK due to the currency exchange. So maybe I should give this much though, aye?

We say, they Americans have a poor taste of choice, given what the Operators have to offer.

The boss of mine doesn’t think I do a good job by telling you what I feel should be the top 10 phones in the US,cos I think he’s abit of a knob head. Oh come on, yes these are hopeless phones, poor battery life and very, very….well, 1.5G standard. The only one I can give a heads up is the SonyE Z520,which has a video phone! Only ONE i see with some great features of the New Age of Video Calling. Heck they even have the old KYOCERA,which a friend passed me the other day. Yeah, He works in the Kulim High Tech Park Research & Development Facility , so I got a test run, despite it’s CDMA functionality *(1900/2100), I still managed to make calls and well, it’s a good runner, no much of a fuss, compared to my Motorola A1000 which is ever DYING!

Given what the choices in the US, I will still give the thumbs up for the MOTOROLA RAZR Series, especially the Pink one! But I will settle for a new SonyE P990i…..
