Warning : I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION

Saturday 10 November 2007 @ 8:22 am

To those who love to copy our documents,RSS feeds and information, please be reminded that YOU MUST ASK FOR MY PERMISSION. This includes health care advertorials, computing technologies or even paid posts made for credit card companies or banks alike. They still belong to ME! There is no waiver even with the small payment for me to write that paid post.

As quoted by Google:

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page describes the information that should be present in these notices. It is designed to make submitting notices of alleged infringement to Google as straightforward as possible while reducing the number of notices that we receive that are fraudulent or difficult to understand or verify. The form of notice specified below is consistent with the form suggested by the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office Web Site, http://www.copyright.gov but we will respond to notices of this form from other jurisdictions as well.

Regardless of whether we may be liable for such infringement under local country law or United States law, our response to these notices may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and/or terminating subscribers. If we remove or disable access in response to such a notice, we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the owner or administrator of the affected site or content so that they may make a counter notification. We may also document notices of alleged infringement on which we act. Please note that in addition to being forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content, a copy of this legal notice may be sent to a third-party partner for publication and annotation. As such, your letter (with your personal information removed) may be forwarded to Chilling Effects (http://www.chillingeffects.org) for publication. You can see an example of such a publication at http://www.chillingeffects.org/dmca512/notice.cgi?NoticeID=861.

In other words, even when you are the WHOIS PRIVACY REGISTRANT, you are still liable. Every infringed document will be a penalty of $25,000 US DOLLARS and even in the paper form, the cost is even more.

You are NOT ALLOWED in the old Copyright law to copy more than a chapter or 10% of the work for PRIVATE RESEARCH whichever is smaller.

Don’t think blogs are just a place to snitch and paste OK?

Like I said.. I will sue. And that is a warning to ISPs

God Save The Queen……

Friday 9 November 2007 @ 5:05 pm

That is what every British have to know, the lyrics and the hymn to lyrics of the Anthem of God Save The Queen and also Rule Brittania. Well, like everyone know Great Britain’s Capital City is of course, LONDON. And many of you don’t know these facts:

Great Britain consists of ENGLAND, WALES, SCOTLAND, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man,Jersey, Guernsey and Gilbratar. Within the British Isle itself, London controls over England and Wales whereas Scotland has it’s own set of rules outside of the British Administration. And not many know where the Capital Cities of these Countries. YES, THERE ARE COUNTRIES THAT MAKE BRITAIN GREAT!

So, to entice your knowledge,Cardiff is the capital of Wales, Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland and London is the capital of England. Within the Administration, Douglas is the capital for Manx, Belfast for Ulster *(not to be confused with Dublin for the Republic) and the Channel Islands,… well, I’m not that well versed.

Accomodation in London itself is not that expensive at all. London hotels itself are cheap if you know where to find. And don’t get ripped off with those last minute deals which you find at the train station. Decent hotels in London, or all throughout England , Scotland and Wales are actually cheap. Most of them have WiFi too, so you can do your business meetings there.

Anyway, for the one who confused with the anthems, God Save the Queen goes like this:

God save our gracious Queen,
Long live our noble Queen,
God save the Queen!

Send her victorious,
Happy and Glorious,
Long to reign over us;
God save the Queen!

O Lord our God arise,
Scatter her enemies
And make them fall;
Confound their politics,
Frustrate their knavish tricks,
On Thee our hopes we fix,
Oh, save us all!

Thy choicest gifts in store
On her be pleased to pour;
Long may she reign;

May she defend our laws,
And ever give us cause
To sing with heart and voice,
God save the Queen!

Not in this land alone,
But be God’s mercies known,
From shore to shore!
Lord make the nations see,
That men should brothers be,
And form one family,
The wide world over
From every latent foe,
From the assassins blow,
God save the Queen!

O’er her thine arm extend,
For Britain’s sake defend,
Our mother, prince, and friend,
God save the Queen!

Whereas the main for Rule Britannia is

When Britain first, at heaven’s command,
Arose from out the azure main,
Arose, arose, arose from out the azure main,
This was the charter, the charter of the land,
And guardian Angels sung this strain:

Rule Britannia!
Britannia rule the waves.
Britons never, never, never shall be slaves.

The nations, not so blest as thee,
Must in their turn, to tyrants fall,
Must in their turn, must in their turn, to tyrants fall,
While thou shalt flourish, shalt flourish great and free,
The dread and envy of them all.

where the emphasis at Soccer Matches is just the Britain shall never be slaves and with the National Anthem will be God Save the Queen

Going Bonkers

Friday 9 November 2007 @ 12:48 pm

Yes. I am. I deleted a wrong database in my quest to modify the SQL Server Command lines…and I deleted a wrong table. That is a real stupid way of parsing command lines. And the fact I had virtually insufficient sleep to think straight, that is something I am bound to commit.

And yeah… Thank The Internet for Messing Databases. For that i thank specifically CIMB BANK Berhad which debited my Savings Account for a huge sum leaving me with just $30 to live by for the next few days to payroll, because they debited the WHOLE SUM OWED on my Credit Card. And what is worse, they forgotten to credit the Mastercard account for all they care.

Ooh Bugger. So no credit card, not enough cash in the wallet, my Visa Debit Cards are not topped up or activated yet, and my US Bank Account is frozen because they think I am a cyber Terrorist, under the Patriot Act.

What luck huh??

Wall Street Journal Mention

Thursday 8 November 2007 @ 10:44 pm

Well, blow me down, I was talking about NEW JERSEY and the headaches we had in JFK airport and it’s huge number of terminals, and look what I found in the trackbacks:

WALL STREET JOURNAL

Don’t trust me? Read it…scroll down and you see me mentioned. Well, MELAYU.EU that is.

Must go buy some number…hit a lucky streak!

Lighter on my pocket

Wednesday 7 November 2007 @ 9:55 pm

You know that things are already getting pricey. Food is getting more costly. Electricity is getting more dear. Gas , Petrol and Diesel is getting more expensive as we see oil hitting the price of over $92 a barrel as of just now, from over less than $60 last year. The Malaysian Government did the bullet biting and increased the Civil Servant Pay to almost 30%, which they bet on the fact the GDP Cost Of Living to inflate to 2%,the reality that items are inflated by 30% due to many hands on top of every means of distribution.

And in these times, it works into great sense to bite the bullet and invest in new technology to reduce the consumption and monetary costs. I was using a 20 year old fridge which is OK, except that because it’s NON-CFC, the food don’t stay fresh for long. It’s when the power bill increase by over 30%, I had to buy a new refrigerator. And after alot of deliberation, it comes to pennies and sense and I had to choose over two, the Panasonic or the range by Samsung Refrigerators.

Both are equally big and also that both equally Eco-Friendly, to me. Which means a TRIPLE A (AAA-Power Rated) efficiency and means it emits less carbon emission to the atmosphere.

Which I think it’s great. Eventually, I had to get the one from Panasonic as they have it in stock and the sales guys gave a members additional discount of $100 plus 3 year extended warranty, and one feature I liked, the freezer compartment in the bottom.

So, that’s it! Dollars gone, and I saved $200 in electricity bill each month. It already paid for itself now.

What happened?

Wednesday 7 November 2007 @ 9:04 pm

I was reading my sister’s blog just know and about bloggerwave…. seems that both my accounts were disabled?! User not Found?

Huh? Really..they have lost a database or what? I thought I lost alot of database and it’s data in the tables. Just like the money lost in the tables of the Casino.

Time to disappear

Wednesday 7 November 2007 @ 8:51 pm

Really. I need to disappear off before my Ah-Long of a Loan Shark which is also called SISTER is pestering me for more work and this and that which is giving me a headache.

Bad enough my project is running late… and my migration is a mess. Plus the fact that I have to face, which my cold and flu is not getting any better no thanks to the stress load I am getting now. That is… if I had the money since I am not going to PostieCon this weekend due to my Visa being rejected. Otherwise I could go to Florida and check out one of those houseboat rentals which one of the advertisers want me to write a nice commentary review on the Lake Cumberland in South Central Kentucky which reminds me of Hoover Dam in Vegas or the Baling-Kota Baru road Dam… (was it Tasik Kenyir??)

Cumberland Lake

Which is a shame because I would be far away..and without the web to do my coding…but then..it’s supposed to be a vacation.Otherwise I could have gone to Florida and get one of the boats there and wreck Havoc at IZEAS Office (which I wonder WHY THEY KEEP ON SPAMMING ME?!) and drag them all to Miami-Dade PD so they can all be shipped off to GITMO for making me the Worst Blogger of All Time in the Personal Paid Blogger category.

Oh well. If you wondered why I had my Visa denied…it’s because I got caught in VEGAS. Go google for the images..I won’t say why.
