Honestly people, with the way things are going, even me with a basic Law Degree in International Disputes and Copyright and Interlectual Property Infrigment, I think I can make much more money in the courts with a criminal justice degree in the United States than me being a doctor who is an easy prey for legal lawsuits.

Yes, I do have a BRITISH LAW DEGREE from a very established institution in the UK and unlike in the United States, where you must have first an Honours First Class Degree with a CGPA of 3.5 and above , the UK system is that you embark your LLB after the A Levels GCSE Clearing, some with 3 years and some with 4 years of education before you can go take your Bar. ME? I did an ALA-CARTE, completed mine with 180 Credit Hours which was a mix and match of my Education Postgraduate Degree and a bit of this and that on the Legal System (3 core modules to make sure it’s a Law Degree). 180 Hours is basicly 3 years or so, as you can only earn 60 hours a semester, not a term, but at the Postgrad level, it’s 120 hours a semester limit, and since most of the courses are part time or online, you can add more, if you can take the heat.

At Capella, I was surprised the way things are done are much different than in the UK. Even Canadians have to come and take the papers before sitting at the Bar. Even me, who has a Law Degree in the UK which allows me to practice as a Solicitor in the Commonwealth,Canada etc, needs to take a few additional modules to accustomed to the US Legal System.

I just might as well take them you know..I never know who I need to sue nowadays….get my drift? So, don’t mess with me ya?

I got a call last night after I posted the thread about what had happened to me with PayPerPost and their so for community from my Legal Affairs Department in New York, pertaining to the remedy towards the action of PayPerPost and their so for called ‘Community’.

Without letting in much information here, what I can recap is that discriminate acts by some individuals or the grouping of such on the web (cronism,gang clans..whatever rite?) are just a form of bullying on the Cyber World, chiding away the target into falling down. What I don’t understand is that what these people want from me? It’s bad enough you guys label me Worst Blogger of All Time at the Bloggers Choice Awards headed by PayPerPost, but is it more painful to them to know that a WORST BLOGGER who does paid posts can earn $6000 in 4 months of effective blogging, when they themselves can’t do so? That really made me thinking, especially when these people have really great blog format, layouts, and content, compared to Dull, Color-blind shades of Grey and a poorly made layout.

So what differs, other than me doing a proper research with due dilligence and I am outspoken and say my mind out loud, without any fear, for it’s MY OWN PLACE??

I did made it clear, I am an open minded person. I work without the need of having fear in me, or to fear no one other than God Almighty. I work without being in fear or intimidation. I will proceed with the utmost arm of the law to protect my own rights.

So, if you have an issue with me, talk to me directly. There is no need to speculate the issues, of what I may or not have been doing. My Details are valid and can be reached by Secured Postal Mail.

As such, I find it disgusting to have me being mentioned by Ted , CEO of PayPerPost during Town Hall Meetings without even having me being there to address the issue. I don’t appreciate that I have to answer my actions to another person or representative. Don’t even think of it. So, if I have done something wrong,let me know so we can rectify the issue, as I don’t cower behind a face that I am not.

So, what does PayPerPost Community so for called to have an issue with? And who are the Community as I don’t join any community at all?!! I’m a lone ranger, Nerd etc..and no one needs to have me as a friend.

I just find this kind of cyber Clans ..very disgusting..more disgusting than the KKK calling a black man a Negro.

The last post about what Karen said with regards to the considerable number of communications made me take my stress management medication. Honestly people, it’s 2AM now and I’m almost dead poofed…and after a long 320KM ride on the bike ..takes a toll on you especially when it’s raining and to come home and read that kind of email, makes me pissed off, more than annoyed which I can normally brush it aside. To say it the least of my concerns is totally untrue as I was warned before for “Resubmitting an Opp which was rejected.”

That I can still take in stride…but to just get a red card without notice and unable to even login and see the post stats or even Blogger Panel is ridiculous. Especially after I made that Terrible Video (I’m redoing it) which I stated what I liked about PPP, that to appreciate the fact that if one like me, WORST BLOGGER (exclude Paris Hilton [or was it PEREZ HILTON..whatever] who don’t blog for money) can earn $6000 in less that 4 months on my buns, (putting some effort to the research of the products which I review without let or prejudice and to update should something else comes up,mind you) means to the rest who are FAR MUCH BETTER THAN ME, in terms of capitalisations, proper graphics added, and nice layout of the blog (rather than my lazy shades of dull gray…thanks to Sapien Bryan) would mean ?

In other words, even people like Diana Tan would be taking far much more than me …if only they get things in order, like breaking down each site into a simpler finely defined themed content blog, and by breaking the context up, they are able to earn more, as they have better opportunities to catch, and thus releasing the PageRank woes, which only means, Pagerank going up, as the site focus and specialises on relevant material to that context only, not haphazardly a jack of all trades like mine, which is a PERSONAL RAMBLING, thus why I said, Geeks Have a Life too you know!

It’s depressing to me, because I have existed the sites and yeah..my blog is a new concept compared to me having Mambo Joomla PostNuke Drupal running everywhere, and the system keep on failing.

It’s really depressing to me now..and I might want to send Karen the Psychiatric Services bill for what she had done to me,for this run of an episode. Yeah… true, I was downgraded permanently in the army by the Medical Board for Psychiatric Reasons (Citing prolonged exposure to the Horrors of War, Genocide and Post Trauma Syndrome as their reasoning). I just hate when this kind of thing happen. Really. Thus is why I said I should be hanging my coat up. Totally from PPP and their Cronism.

Should I people?? Dr GC George? I know this is a great sideline of an income on top of my miserable War Pension….of less than $300 mth! But is it really going to be worth it on my health, especially doing something I like, and have fun…turning to become a real war, in cyberlife?

Just wondering.. what Practices and WHOSE COMMUNITY? PayPerPost Community? Come off it, I’m just another Rouge User like Nick Leeson who utilises whatever I can on my site. Like I said earlier, that I imposed new sanctions on my own site for advertising news which are considered STALE, meaning NO-FOLLOW after 120 days of each PageRank Exercise update. I do not remove any advertorials or mentions, as I feel that they do deserve to be on my archives.

And like as if people matter much what I say, so much so that I was voted Worst Blogger of All Time was bad enough, being accused of something which I don’t, is another which I do tend to seek legal and criminal redress, under the discriminatory sanctions and unfair trading policies.

My language may be crust, and at times, if I find things bad to me, even though I said good stuff about someone or some product, I will voice out my mind, because this is MY SITE.
