Heh Heh Heh…something gotta give. Really, after the early morning downpour today, I had to go thru the Riding Test for the second time, and with the test track being wet, flooded and slippery, I knew it’s a confirmed fail for me,especially seeing the first batch of 10 candidates majority of em flunked, with 3 slipped and fell badly during the Emergency Brake (had the heart to rush to help…but something said nope..let em be) and that so many flunked the pylon narrow plank course for the same reason. I know I will have to fork out another $50 or so to retest and another day wasted in vain. I’ll tell you more later…
So, came back, all pissed up… and having the dreadful journey to JPJ Headquarters in Putrajaya (again!) to sort the mess plus my visa up (which something went wrong, cos I got no one willing to stick their neck and sponsor my stay anymore) made me did the most silliest things of all : Squander my money.
Yes…it was like betting. But this time…I plondered on FOREX or Foreign Exchange Market. I saw the Euro slipping away on the US Dollar and I know US Dollars are rubbish. So I placed a huge tiny order of 50,000 Euros on margin against US Dollars at 1.3400 buying and 1.3448 Selling. If I sold then, I would loose my floor of £500 against the pips. So I said..what the hell. A few minutes later..it gained..and gained. I placed a TAKE PROFIT at 1.3550 to the US Dollars which means, I would gain £750 if US Dollars hit that rate (ie: Gain up against the Euro). It was risky.
Went to eat. Went to shower…take a break… and then I saw the rates increase. The European just woke up. I found that out when my agent, Donna from Easy-Forex said I was gaining. Yeah, for less than one hour, after the long bank holiday..I was up £75. Whopps. I better cut and run…and in a matter of seconds the rate was dropping. So I froze the rate, and sell. £52 net takings.
What a day… it was andreline pumped for me… so if you want a challenge…there it is. And it’s risky. Credit card was charged, and Credit Card was reloaded back. So, I can go spend some dinner for my wife. It’s HER BIRTHDAY tomorrow, so who cares…might as well. That’s RM322.70 for those who wonder.
If you have to money to try. Try Easy Forex. If you want to promote, they do great. I’ll stake you $50 if you deposit $500 initially, as I get my fee rebated. Why not huh? 30 minutes of the time..and thus ..money made…from the bank. This a good way to spend your PAYPAL money without having to go to the money changers,
Not Sponsored. Not Concocted. Forex is risky. I tried it…and I won. Small time (20%).

As you may notice, I am reducing my number of opportunities taken from paid blogging , meaning less PayPerPost sponsored postings here. Though my bank account will depreciate alot from these actions, mainly, it’s abit more or less in retaliation to the way they have been doing stuff, like US ONLY HDTV Tuesdays, which I feel it’s abit discriminatory, as I too have a physical address in Michigan.
Even the latest Police retro CD which they have about 200 of them to give away are restricted to the first 200 US BLOGGERS, despite the $8 payout for the opportunity. I kinda find it abit less discriminatory, even for their neighbours up north in God Bless the Queen’s Land of Canada.
So, as such, I will reduce it more..bringing greater value to you, and hopefully I gain abit more somewhere else.So no more insurance deals which I don’t understand or even worse off Poker or gaming as I can get burnt by them!
Thanks for the support.
I was gobsmacked with the recent addition to Skype : Beta Prime, which allows you to charge Skype users PER MINUTE or Per Session rates for your online service, meaning just like Bitwine, you can charge a premium rate service to anyone who calls you up to 2 Euros/USD per minute or 10 Euros/dollars per session if needed. Skype, which is an Ebay / Paypal Company, takes 30% of the cut.
So, anyone asking me to assist with their withdrawal of paypal funds can use this session to pay me legally, without having headaches of setup fees etc.
I’ll tell you more about it.
What I have set: 2Euro per minute for Support Services or 10 Euros per Incident for Financial Advise. Skype Me if you need to do so…or if you don’t have a great amount to withdraw and hate the hassle of funds cashers. Think of me as your pawn broker.
Yes..I did some digging about Fummo and their Paypal scams. They are offering nothing else but Commission Junction (CJ) links, which are the basis of their Offers. So much so that Adbrite yanked their advertisements and so did Google Adsense after I analysed their content.
So much so, if you are conned by Fummo …carefull about giving your hosting details… or whatever. Never disclose your Paypal details and other financial stuff!
Sometimes, we blogger must be careful about what we do when we have to blog for money. Not the moolah that is just important. It’s our credebility!
Well, I was going thru my stash of pictures that my wife took the other time while we were handling our business in Putrajaya..and this glimpse of the “floating” mosque comes about :
It’s not that easy to get great shots of the mosque from other angles..and I can say that…cuz I have to do it! In the dark…going thru bushes and what nots!
Guess which angle did I get this from? In the day time..I am sure to be drenched in the hot sun..walking at least 2 miles from the Waterfront Samudera Restaurant. It was sure dark and I had to wade thru the huge bushes and this and that…reminded me of time I was in the army. Errgh!
Talking of which , I MADE CHANGES TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE. Meaning , the
advertiser readme has been modified.
So please read this sticky immediately. And also about Fummo. ooh ya..the picture… It was well worth it.. for a bowl of RM35 Sharks’ Fin Soup at the lake.
How’s this for the view eh?
Yes, finally they made some changes to the Marketplace that is warmly welcomed by the Postie Community. If you have not noticed, my Hot Red Flaming Orange icon has replaced the Blogger’s Choice Awards logos…mainly being me…not be able to win any award. So, I may be NOT the worst blogger…but their reasoning don’t justify it!
Come back to the PayPerPost Direct. It works just like REVIEW ME, for those who are familiar to it, knows that Reviewme takes a huge cut from the earnings, 50%. So whatever price you or they set, you take only half! That is alot of dosh for some blog advertising campaign.
Me? I set my price to $20, mainly because that is minimum wage required to research and write about a good product. 3 hours at £5.75 (US$12) works to about $35…but I know I’m working at lower than the Legal Minimum wage. For the fun of it of course.
Now that PayPerPost introduces this, I have been told that they take 10% of the Gross Price, meaning $2. And yeah…I know Paypal smacks a high rate for credit card processing so that price barely pays the bills for them, hoping that you as an advertiser will stay on and advertise with the network and me..hoping to snag a few nicely paid opps unless you bench me aka timeout. Unlike before where I can be banned for anything (I saw one because I No-Followed the links after 30 days)
So instead of banning a person for no good reason, you can ban someone from taking your opps for 30,60,90 or 120 days by benching them, so that you have the time to run your campaigns fully without them snagging more of your “not for bloggers who took my opp within 60 days”, because your urls are not specific and people did not notice that. Hey…clearly state the promo code instead or adv code if you wish.
Anyway, I do hope I get something from this,as I don’t do anything for ReviewMe at all. And now they have removed Technorati due to the way they rank stuff by ‘Authority’ meaning number of sites linking you, the marketplace gets better. Oooh, new terms for PPP, the Blog Tender is called Marketplace..where you snag any opps.
Plus the fact that we now have SIX HOURS to complete a post (I will still stick to one….just in case it goes CaCa) gives us great time to complete a research and do a nicely read posting.
So there we go folks…. PayPerPost is taking sides…ours. Way to go Ted.
Hey you, the avid gamer… Guess what? IBM just announced the world’s fastest microprocessor ever, and it’s Dual Core. The Dual Core Power6 CPU is said to have the processing speed of 4.7Ghz. It’s even THREE TIMES faster than HP’s ITANIUM processors which boasts 600Gigabytes/sec of bandwidth! That’s like downloading the ENTIRE iTunes download / file base in less than a minute. Talk about gone in 60secs!
It can even go on a 16-core cpu. Not Duo core but 16 Dual Core Power6 CPU working as one. Yikes! And …with over 512GB of RAM addressing, the possibility …of a gamer is endless!
Just for the NON-GEEKS, Currently is 3.4Ghz Intel CISC Core2 Duo CPU and we are here talking about the equivalent of 4.7Ghz CPU, Quad based.
